“The Concord Journal” reports eighty-three-year-old Jean Hill has spent the last three years fool-proofing a petition article to ban bottled water from being sold in Concord, Massachusetts. This year, Hill is bringing forth the petition in four sections, which outlines a sale ban of bottled water in Concord, and enforcement by the Concord Health Department and the town’s selectmen.
