Wisconsin Becomes Third State to Ban BPA

According to the “Associated Press,” Wisconsin has become the third state, after Minnesota and Connecticut, to pass a ban on bisphenol A (BPA), an industrial chemical widely used to harden plastic food and beverage containers. More than 90 percent of Americans have traces of the chemical in their bodies, as the chemical leaches out of food containers.
