According to “BRANDWEEK”, despite massive discounting, bottled water brands such as Aquafina and Poland Spring are experiencing a sales decline as “shoppers are less interesting in paying for a product that they can get for free.” Green-minded consumers have also reportedly “become active in railing against buying plastic bottles in bulk because many will end up in landfills”.
