According to the Arizona Daily Star, the debate concerning whether the plastics chemical bisphenol A (BPA) is harmful to humans continues to draw heat, as scientists reportedly both support and reject claims of the chemical’s reproductive harm. There are currently no federal restrictions on the use of BPA, which some scientists reportedly say leaches out of certain hard plastic bottles and into the liquids we drink.
