Is Bisphenol A (BPA) a Hidden Hazard?

According to WFMY News 2, a Center for Disease Control study found that about 95 percent of Americans have the chemical bisphenol A (BPA) in their systems at levels known to impact the health of test animals. According to Dr. John Spangler of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, “Well BPA leeches from the plastic into the food and we eat the food. There is no biological value or need for BPA. It can cause a variety of health problems.”
