BPA Concerns Lead Consumers to Glass Baby Bottles

Tulsa World reports that glass baby bottles, which were once considered retro, may be experiencing a comeback as some parents’ health concerns about plastic may bring back the old standby. Reports that bisphenol A (BPA) “may leech from the plastic bottles into milk have some parents scrambling to replace their plastic feeding arsenal with glass bottles,” as the chemical reportedly can leach out of polycarbonate plastic baby bottles and cause harm in laboratory animals.
